Great day in the morning!

Cardio Power Resistance this morning. Just got thru and drinking my recovery drink fresh out the shower (fresh as in just my towel) LOL.  I know i know TMI, but i wanted to take some pics after my workout but cant find my damn camera, so I'll try again tomorrow.  I need to get ready for work.
